Are You in the Hospital or Assisted Living in Need of Mobile Notary Services?

When you are in the hospital or in assisted living with an important document you need notarized do you have a professional, reliable mobile notary public you can call?

A couple of common places where I bring my notary services are hospital's and assisted living places.

A recent notary appointment included bringing notary public services to a physician at Kaiser Permanente in Santa Clara, CA 95051. She needed her "Statement of Consent Issuance of a Passport to a Minor Under 16 years old" form notarized. Since she is always busy seeing patients, she doesn't have time to leave her office to find a notary public's office. With minimal down time, she executed her document and I notarized it. For convenient payment, she was able to pay on the spot with her credit card. Using a portable credit card machine, I was able to process her payment instantly.

Another recent notarization I completed, I traveled to an assisted living place in Palo Alto, CA 94306. It was a short notice call. I just finished a notary appointment with a client in South San Francisco, CA 94080. I received the director's call in need of notary service for one of their residents. I arrived within 30 minutes and met with the resident and notarized her advanced healthcare directive. All parties involved were happy to have the document executed with such short notice.
